Have you seen one of these

The Royal Mint maintain that it is legal tender in the UK but is left to the business if they accept it or not.

    Coffee Journey

We used to have a tea and coffee supplier in Tavistock like that, it was three doors down from the bakery, so walking down Fore street was seventh heaven! Sweet smell of baking bread followed immediately by my very favourite aroma of freshly ground coffee beans.

    Coffee Journey

Have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the entry level ones are. I'm also very lucky in that I tried a few of the coffee blends from the company I buy my Russian Caravan tea from and found a very pleasing Kenya Mountain blend. Not too bitter, a little nutty and, well, just right!

Life as I know it has just rebooted!

My local bakery, Barnecutt, has been closed for the past almost three months for a complete makeover. I, and I suspect, many others have been suffering extreme withdrawal symptoms. No Pasties :( Yes, there are other pasties available in town, but what I find interesting is that their sales did...

    Am I over 18?

Just ordered a few bits from an online shop, similar in name to a certain rain forest/river Included in the order was a retractable modellers knife and a box of really deadly looking blades for the said knife. I had to jump through many hoops to prove my age in order to get the knife, but hey...

    How are your roads

Like councils throughout our UK Cornwall claims to be in debt to the tune of £1.3 Billion (ish) and also they maintain significant cuts in their funding from Central Government, as a consequence seriously major cuts are being made to "save" money. Our roads are but a tiny part of an enormous...

Bloody hell, that sound/visual is so addictive!

    Up Up and away

I like this. Though I'm likely to sway toward Hogwarts for inspiration! Super power would be to be able to "see" criminals, and know when they are about to commit crime, and then .....pounce! Being able to "freeze" them until the forces of law arrive :)

    Welcome to the new forum

I'll be doing a pile of work tomorrow morning, though to be honest the site won't be fully functional (all the new navigation, new gallery and one other, seriously major change (backend, NOT visual) ) until about next weekend.
