20 minutes in the dentist chair and I am £80 lighter, thank goodness for insurance so I can claim it back.

Now for a cuppa and a straw!!!! :(
 
Hope your cheek and lips are nearly back to normal,I spilt some even with a straw last time! ;D ;D
 
Do not remind me - I have a check up in a week or so, for wife, son and myself. I guess I shall have to foot the bill - but I have had a spot of tooth ache so it might not be as cheap as usual.
