A customer brought 5 laptops to me last week, he wanted them to be cleaned up/de-virused/de-trojaned etc.
Well, four of them were quite recent machines and the procedure on each of those took what I would call a reasonable length of time, maybe a couple of hours per machine.
The fifth machine is a Packard-Bell with Windows 7 "Starter" on it. When I tell you it has a processor of not much more than 500Khz with a 60Gb HDD and 512 Mb of RAM you will understand why my head is now hairless, my beard is totally grey and I am a beer-sodden heap of ex-humanity crawling about the floor screaming out for the return of Windows 3.1.......:unhappy:
