Glenda's skirt

Pearl in that outfit was x rated she would have made the paint peel ,on a tangent but why did Howard always wear his cap in doors?
 
I wear a wooly hat when its cold but am amazed at the number of men that keep theirs on when visiting churches. I was just generalising by the way :me: ;)
