Is it a shop or what?????????????

If you take a look at the Webcam, on your left hand side you see what could be a shop but it has lots of windows and a door. Does anyone know what it is. You never seem to see anyone coming in or out of there and I watch the webcam a lot. I know that above the Cafe is a Hairdresser....

Yes it's the back room of the hardware shop, as said before the door next to it leads up to the hairdressers.
