Little Picture Quiz #30

I am going to answer my own question sadly LOTSW and FOTSW thanks to the BBC cancelling them far to early in their respective lives . Thankfully UK Gold and Drama still show the old episodes but it would be so so nice to see a new series of FOTSW If they can do it for Open All Hours with Still Open All Hours they can do it for FOTSW:)
 
What's missing is the reason why we're supposed to find something missing from the channel line-up!!!
