Watching this episode when Wesley is paintings Nora's ceiling ,you get a view outside, which appears to be genuine footage with the movement of the trees outside

The scenery does like genuine so does the inside.

Perhaps it's not a studio set and it is filmed inside the real house we see from the outside.

He was a painter in real life so stretching up and slapping paint on a ceiling wasn't really much of a stretch.

I think that scene was inside the real house - some of the features are too genuine for a stage set.
