Wasn't Seymour moments earlier bemoaning the fact that they had no glasses to drink from, that he had to drink straight from the bottle? That it was uncivilized or something to drink it like that? Maybe I imagined it. Weren't they going to visit several pubs in a row for some reason? They were enjoying some beers early to kick start things off.

I like Cleggy in this episode. As well as in Flower Power Cut, Earnshaw Strikes Again and others. I much prefer this style of Clegg to the more 'timid' versions he plays in some episodes.
