Two bedroom flat to rent next to the cafe...

That to me seems insanely overpriced for a 2 bedroom flat, probably the 'allocated parking' is a distance from it. Location & views great and is well decorated but not worth £1,200pm in my opinion!!!
 
So it is the apartment in the building between Kaye's and the cafe, with the bow fronted windows, nice spot though it would get noisy at peak times, nice size rooms, the back bedroom would would get all the traffic noise from Dunford road,which often gets long queues at peak times, as Barry said the allocated parking could be as far away as Huddersfield, Price seems a little steep though there is a tiny 2 bed cottage in South road a few hundred yards from this one and no parking even outside for £1000 a month
