Richard Lumsden (Foggy). His ex-sister-in-law is Emma Thompson. She played Professor Sybill Trelawney in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. (Thank you Google. I haven't seen any of the Harry Potter movies, although I've read all of the books.)

Well done, that was quick. I was surprised to learn this. Saw him lately in Father Brown, it was one of those moments where I knew the face but was damned if I could remember where until the credits came put.
