The audio is not to good and I am not sure what he is saying to do with the Tunes

He has a very stuffy nose and can't articulate the phrase, "A second-class return to Nottingham, please." After purchasing a package of Tunes and taking one of them, his nose is clear and he can articulate the phrase clearly enough for the ticket agent to understand.
