My village was on the BBC news this morning...

Courier accused of abandoning villages in Christmas run-up

Residents of Borders villages say hundreds of Christmas parcels have gone missing from courier Evri.

I'm 100% in agreement with you on this one, Evri are the Ryanair of couriers! I'll personally try and avoid companies which use them for deliveries

I think it depends where you live, we have a good service from Evri where we live although they do slip on occasions, we have had your parcel is out for delivery, then for no explained reason they cannot deliver and we get it the next day.
The worst I have come across is Yodel and what used to be excellent DPD have started to slip at times in missing delivery dates and times

Evri is very good where we are. We have the same guy Michael who knows everyone and seems to be working 24/7.

Evri deliveries are not too bad here, and Paul the driver is a good natured lad but if there is something to be collected, forget it, they will simply not bother! or be many, many days late saying they are so very busy.
