Terry can give you acting lessons to further your career as he's a 'resting' professional actor.Thankyou, not on this occasion - I have been in all sorts of things over the last 30 years but solely producing this time - that's more than enough!

We nearly bought one of the houses seen in the video at 5 mins 09 secs, but it was a very damp spot with very little sun, then we thought about access during bad weather, aslo the houses are built into the hill behind, so there is no rear door, windows, shame in a way as it was £18,000 25 years ago, wonder what they cost these daysA little walk around Holmfirth. Thought I'd share this for our overseas members, it's like being there.

My friends dad bought a 2 bedroom house in a certain Cheshire village in the early 70s for £500. That house now goes for £220,000.We nearly bought one of the houses seen in the video at 5 mins 09 secs, but it was a very damp spot with very little sun, then we thought about access during bad weather, aslo the houses are built into the hill behind, so there is no rear door, windows, shame in a way as it was £18,000 25 years ago, wonder what they cost these days
But sadly I no longer own it!!!!I bought my first house in 1997 for £53,500 it would easily be worth over £200,000 today, there's house inflation for you !
Well Barry worked in a Building Society and I worked in a Bank much of my career so we're kindred spirits reallyYou've turned into Barry Barry. There's optomism in the housing market!
I wouldn't call Barry The Wolf of Wall Street, perhaps the Hamster of Holmfirth maybe?Barry is Latin for Dosh......maybe not!
