I discovered a loose connection between LOSW from 2004 and since 2016 Vera, anyone want to have a stab at who it is

I think its Louis Emerick he took over from Tony Capstick in LOTSW around 2004 as PC Walsh and he was in Vera episode Recovery.

He Did Captain but not the answer I am looking for, this person is female and not a cast member, but did appear in at least 1 episode as a background artist
