I think it's Edie missing from the picture, and the policeman says the parking is 'terrible' - to his sidekick at least, who says something like that's good for her. Then I think the policeman ends up lugging her shopping around. But the title escapes me.

It was remembering the ladder scene that was the clncher, I knew the episode then.
