Is it something off the top of the Ferret cage? I know the episode but can't quite place what it is. A bottle of cleaner maybe?

You are on the right track Chuffer but it is not a bottle of cleaner, a clue for the episode would be Compo having a good clean up
 
Yeah, I know it's Spring Fever, but without cheating and actually watching it, I can't quite place what's missing!
 
I suppose his electric was cut off. If I remember right the ferrets were on the side somewhere and compo moved them to the table.
 
Ah yeah, a Candle! I knew it was something off the top of the cage that stuck up!
