Not having a DVD to check on , I have to say its either goods inwards or parcel delivery office. If its neither of those TERRY fear I ve painted myself into a corner so will have to give in!! ???
 
Terry you should give it to sir coffalot. the seen is from All mod conned sid was dropping off the trio at the train station, when the trio left town for christmas.

Seeing you tried so hard and were almost correct,It would be fair to say you have spotted this one, after all it is all for a bit of fun,it was the BR logo above the door
