Quickfire Question #70

I'm guessing it's going to be on a garage somewhere, initially thought Wesleys shed but you indicate it's a one off. I'm guessing the episode where Cleggy hires a car, but cannot recall the name of the episode other than it was a very early one? I'll take half a point if I'm correct!!!
