The main organizers are now on holiday in the U S A so they wanted it out of the way before they went. Just coincidence I guess!!

Boring around my area. No one had a party. I was in London over the weekend and had a fab time at trooping the colour on Saturday

Apparently there was sadly no jelly and cream, pass the parcel, Postman's knock and celebration for the Queen in this area I am told. I suspect the beer was flowing in people's houses for the Football though.

Sad reflection that there seem to be more England flags on Cars and people's windows for the Euros then there were on show for the Queen's 90th Birthday .
This is true, It's gone flag mad round here, first we had the Leicester flag for the football then the Union Jack for the Queen now it's the English flag for the football again, next of course we'll have the English again for the blooming olympics.

A taxi customer may poke himself in the eye climbing into the cab. The taxi men seem to attach them to the doors and windows.
