It seems after many hours talking to my server provider they have put their hands up and confirmed they have made changes to some of the software they run on the server,the only way around this problem is for me to do a major upgrade of the software that runs the site,I will be doing this as soon as I am happy I have everything backed up and actually understand what needs doing,so should the site go down I can only say I will be working hard to get things back to normal asap and please bear with me during this time,as it might take a while if things go wrong,thanks for your understanding,Terry
