That sofa had a little trick up its "arm" and sort of slid sideways. It was not in the script, but they wrote it off to serendipity and it was used!

Speaking of sofas, once at work I wrote up a purchase request for a small sofa, only I used the item name, exactly as it was stated in the catalog. The big boss, who typically signed off on these requests, saw the request for a Love Seat -- and -- that was the end of that.
