I'm completely with you CC, I'm away camping over Christmas and I was gutted to learn the only Indian nearby was closed on Christmas DayAside from some Lost Episodes of LOTSW that no one knows about but come to light mysteriously ,like the three episodes of Dads Army , and U and Gold decide to commission and make them , a decent curry on xmas day because I would rather eat dog poo than a xmas dinner with turkey.
Should of gone to Barry's heights near New Mill, most of them seem to be openI'm completely with you CC, I'm away camping over Christmas and I was gutted to learn the only Indian nearby was closed on Christmas Day
Speaking of turkeys, if one were to be advised of the inside scoop on their lives prior to being the main dish, one would be totally aghast. mmmm delicious I'm jumping on a plane. See ya soonMy preference for Christmas (or any) dinner is roast beef, gravy, roasted root veg, followed by a small slice each of the three standard (in my family) pies, apple, mince, cherry. The only thing turkey is good for is the thigh and drumstick meat in hash, with minced cooked potatoes, minced onions, and lots of sage to make it taste similar to stuffing.
