What if things were reversed?

Ok, so I know I talk about Marina too much, but I just thought this would be something cool to talk about. So what if instead of Howard cheating on Pearl with the unmarried Marina, the opposite was true? What if Marina was married and cheating on her husband with an unmarried Howard? Do y'all think things would be any different? Would people still think of Marina as a skank (pardon the teenage expression)? Or would they be more accepting of her? And would they treat Howard any differently? Just something to think about.
 
I think if Marina was married it would be to a tall person then Howard would be to scared of Marina's husband :)
