Any one else have major difficulties getting connected this morning. Until around ten earliest website appeared totally broke? Or was it me?

Not just you Unc, the site was down for a while. It was slow last night too but it seems ok now.

At about 23.25 last evening the datacentre where our websites are hosted suffered a hardware component failure (their router broke).
By 00.46 today they had replaced the broken part, but with a flaky one!!
It has taken them from then till now to sort it :39: hope it's finally fixed.
This is the kind of detail I get in the emails from them to me.... if you can understand it you're a far better person than me.
tt the lines to Fra are currently up

Only the link var-1 to Amsterdam remains an issue.

Maintenance is completed, but the links are still down at Level3 between var and ams.
A ticket has been opened.

The card that was replaced yesterday is causing problems, the traffic seems that is not being forwarded correctly.
I have shut the ports and we are investigating with Cisco.
