Photos used on US Christmas DVD

Looking at amazon, I noticed the Xmas DVD from the US. Any1 know where the photos come from? They look like a set up for a photoshoot for a paper or magazine

The three smaller pictures down the lefthand side are from the five minute segment titled How to Ignore Christmas from the 1982 programme The Funny Side of Christmas.

Not sure yet which year the larger publicity photo is from...
