Seymour has to come and hit the gate buzzer with a hammer cause he asked Cleggy to open the gate? Is it...Uncle of the bride??
 
is it that Compo throws the buckled bicycle wheel into Seymour's pond, if it's that then I think the episode is "Set the People Free"
 
It did take me a while for me to think about that one which for me a while is about 10 minutes ;)
