for the others the first clue of marching is reference to Foggy doing the slow march in the episode, the next clue of a bang was in reference to Barry getting the smuts on his cheeks after going into Wesley's shed and getting them after the bang and the sleep clue was in reference to the Horlicks scene, #20 coming soon
