Found the cause of the outtage.

After a lot of trawling through server logs and head scratching and discussions with my friends on the support forums I think we have found the cause of our forum outtage.
Long story short, we ran out of memory!
The forum has become more and more popular, all the postings, visitors etc. etc. are stored in the database which is REALLY REALLY memory hungry.


Terry and I have now purchased a memory upgrade (akin to firing in another stick of RAM in your PC), this should provide more than adequate resources for the foreseable future.

I will be applying this (rebooting the server) this morning, so expect a 10 minute downtime.
