I have found this site very informative www.railcam.uk you will need to register and for free you can view several railcams around the UK, for £10 a year you can see extra camera's and a great list of live diagrams, so you can track the movement of trains, if you click on a train in the diagram a new window opens to show the route of the train, have fun
