Hmmm....well, with Marina they're often skirts which are extremely short, I think. In fact, sometimes her skirts were so short that if they'd been any shorter, they'd have been belts....
 
Cooper and Walsh in the very last episode How not to cry at Weddings when they are seen in their boxer shorts whilst they try to keep the crease in their best trousers.
 
The policemen were also seen minus trousers in " IN SEARCH OF CHILDLIKE JOY AND THE FARTHEST REACHES OF THE LOTUS POSITION! ":eek:

Does it have to be a regular? Ernie Burniston wore shorts in "By the Magnificent Thighs of Ernie Burniston." Actually, Marian wore shorts in that episode too.
