Nostalgia - H is for Holmfirth - Examiner

Hi Rick, I would love to see those photos but, I got a message asking me to agree to cookies. I never agree to have cookies, unless they come out of a biscuit tin. Is there any other way I could see them?

Depending on your browser and how savvy you are with it. You may be able to accept the cookie and after you have viewed the pictures go back into browser and delete the cookie. Or if you are at the library view the Examiner website article on their computers. Or, better yet use Noname's computer, hehe! ;)

There are about 30 something photos in the article. Not sure they would like it if we downloaded from their site and re-upped them here.
 
Interesting article - I liked the photo with Kathy Staff.
Was sort of hoping for some mention of Fenella the Holmfirth tiger but as she died in 1950, this retrospective would have just missed her heyday.
