    I have two wonky knees and cannot take a step without a cane or walker. Yes, I agree that concerning exercise that you're walking a very fine line between adding strength and triggering another flare-up.

    Yes, I remember my mother hanging out clothes, cloth diapers, sheets, towels, etc. On one very warm and breezy day, by the time she got the last item hung on the line, everything was dry!
