A really sad day one of the pioneers of the sixties has sadly passed . I think most people of a certain age still love the music and air it daily I know I do and of course he wrote what is considered the greatest album ever Pet sounds...

So much of their music is timeless. Brian was such a music pioneer, respected by every corner of the music industry.

I too have seen him as Inspector Japp and have thought that when he played Gordon Simmonite he was really, really young. Who could have guessed that that young skinny kid would one day play a police inspector?

I liked him in that, I thought he was the perfect Inspector Japp, I love the episode where he stayed with Poirot and as a thank you he made Poirot faggots and mash.
