I used to use the loos at BNS quite frequently, a pal showed me if you pulled back the turnstiles slightly rather than push them forward you could get in for free! I saved a fortune using that technique over the years ;)
I had a short break from filming this afternoon, so turned off the radio mic, as the transmitter eats batteries. Recorded the next 6 shots without sound! :mad: Ahh, fishcakes!
Birmingham New St. station (the Black Hole) is free, but originally had turnstiles, so the entrances to most of the loos are large enough park an elephant. I'm tired, I can't think of a better ... thingummy.
Our local council have just refurbished, upgraded and reinstated some public toilets in the town. They now charge 20p a time to visit (only payable contactless). The point is that there is an Asda supermarket literally only two minutes...
I live in a village, (moved from Brum last July) we do have a post office in a convenience store and a mini Co-op, but for a bank I think I'd need to go to MK, cos I don't remember seeing one in Stony Stratford. Oh, but I think the bank...
Fortunately my "A" camera has two cards that simultaneously record... it was the card on the "B" camera that failed.
