I am currently trying to write a script for a video due out in about two weeks. I'm not usually this near publishing when I'm still writing and it's given me neckache. I'm trying to whittle down 40 minutes worth of stuff in to about 20 minutes. I don't deliberately give myself problems!
He's not just a drunk, but a publican too! The episode you referred to is S28 'The Crowcroft Challenge' - Tony Barton steals their car having previously been landlord in S16 'The Most Powerful Eyeballs in West Yorkshire'. He returned as a drunk in S29 in 'A Short Introduction to Cooper's Rules'.
I report a lot of those on YouTube - however, as you can't add a comment to sat why the video is a scam (etc) they do nothing cos it "looks" legitimate... There is one video thumbnail for a "how they died - then and now" type video showing well known actor on side and a person in a hospital bed...
