A great actor and his finest performance to date for me was as Skulliion in Porterhouse Blue. Moving, comical and downright menacing all in the one character.

In the [in my humble opinion] greatest ever episode....1989's "JOLLY BOYS OUTING".....when he is asked what a female swan is called at the beginning of their game of "trivial pursuit" at Cassandra's dinner party..[to impress her horrible boss from "the bank"]......Albert says "three letters"....and then......Rodney starts messing around with a pen in his mouth.......Del looks at Rodney and exclaims..." I KNOW.......IT'S A BIC !!!!!!"......ABSOLUTE COMEDY GOLD !!!!!!!.
