Bit Sore

Did you have some soft food on hand for your next meal after the extraction? My usual meal in that situation is two-thirds of my favorite Greek dessert: a dish of full-fat Greek yogurt topped with honey. The missing third ingredient is the dusting of finely chopped walnuts.

Can you tell that I'd really like to revisit Greece, especially Delphi?

Its the cost of that pain, effectively you pay the dentist to inflict pain with side effect that the troublesome tooth is removed . The sheer expense of the treatment makes your eyes water even more . Bobby Thompson perhaps summed it up best :-

" I went to the Dentists for a checkup the other day , After the check he said Mr Thompson I'm afraid you need two teeth taken out and it'll be three hundred pounds . Three hundred nicker !!! Stuff that here's a fiver slacken them !"

Well 36 hours later and all is well, just a little sore where the tooth was removed, now able to eat okay, the worst part was getting the tooth numb enough, took a few goes, the actual removal took about 30 seconds, but it's done now.
Our current dentist is one of the best we have ever had, it is a husband and wife business and will only do private work if you are registered with them as a NHS patient.
He happened to notice a small hole in a crown next to the removed tooth, so he fixed that at the same time while I was still numb and it cost me just under £50

Had the joys of the dentist this morning, wisdom tooth removed, all done pretty quick once it was numb, just a bit sore at the moment
When I had my wisdom teeth removed, the dentist dug and strained over one side of my mouth which swelled up immediately. After he finished, he made the statement, "Now I know how to do it." Later on, he did the other side quickly and neatly since he knew "how to do it."
