At work, the other day, I saw a shirt with a pair of wellies on them, and wanted to buy it but I am not a size 4 toddler, so.... PS I had to re-type wellies 4 times because auto-correct wanted to badly correct it!
I admit I do have a soft spot for Toby....I loved Mr Lucas from AYBS, so I liked watching him here! I also really liked Nelly, again I am a big fan of AB/FAB and just really liked that she was more intelligent in this!
My family goes out to eat usually once or twice a week. My brother's family eats out more as they are a busy suburban family with a very busy schedule. I am a HUGE coffee drinker and visit a coffee shop probably 5 times a week.
I love when members post this kind of thing! I love getting on google maps to find! The map from the forum is so amazing, it is on my top 3 visited sites always! :) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D :)
This starts my busy season....retail at Christmas is never fun. I am trying to make it better this year and be positive though, and enjoy the fun of Christmas. We found out we are opening on Thanksgiving day this year and that means one less day off now. A shame because it is a big Family...
I am amazed at how we don't teach manners the way we used to also! I am amazed when my nieces or nephew do not hold doors for others....after the first time of that in front of me they learned very quickly!!!!!! I think whole generations, mine included, need some good manners/ etiquette...
I am so excited because "First of the Summer Wine" is being released here next week. I know I could have watched it online, but I wanted to watch it on my TV first! ;D
I wanted to work in Fashion Design and live in London. Hopefully finally getting to travel there next year....as for fashion design I did some with a wedding gown company I worked for, but I work in store management now. Certainly not a glamorous life, oh well. Not done yet!
Thanks! Actually it was a La-Z-Boy and it truly was falling apart but he loved it. It was covered with olefin, which NEVER wears out, but eventually the frame failed. But this was after 40 years! It's funny, now he doesn't want a La-Z-Boy and got an IKEA one that he likes. No way is IKEA more...
I was definitely a Barbie girl, and I loved anything that included drawing. I had a light box toy from Crayola that you could draw and decorate interiors. My favorite though was Fashion Plates, hard to explain but lots of fun!
