I like it! Very clever. They could also have an electric version in addition to the pedal power of this one.. Maybe even have a sidecar pod for the K9 dog. Or a small tow behind unit for the police dog.

I think they call that "Glamping", short for glamorous camping. High luxury but still somewhat close to nature. Don't think it was a thing back then but maybe Clegg should have tried that with his wife instead of using a tent.
