Not sure if it was actually spontaneous, as after compo kisses Foggy, Foggy then tries to clean the kiss off with his handkerchief, worried that he may catch something. I'm sure this may have happened in a few episodes, so i'm more inclined to think it was possibly scripted. G ; )
