We here in Durham NC do not really have any lock down other then our
IBM gym is closed. Liquor stores, markets, etc are open. We walk the dog
around the pond several miles a day, and we tickle the cat. Guess the gym
is considered a school, and they are closed as well.
Yup! Just snuck out for some shopping with the little lady and
then mixed another Manhattan. Getting ready to go out for dinner
at Bocci's here in Durham.
Upper-right corner?? Perhaps you good folks who do not live
here in the sunny south of the US do not see this so often,
but here in NC we live daily with the AC on so seeing the
hardware out like that is very normal.
But No, they did not have AC in the sunny south-west
back then.
The Tin Roof Sundae is a standard flavor in many of our "boxed" ice creams
we get from a "large" stores like Aldi or Food Lion, big stores that
carry pretty much everything..
My wife sez that 40's in Europe and the UK is like
the 90's here in the US. Might that be true? If so, I would
definitely want whole house air over there as I have it here.
This time of year we go to daytime temps in the
high 80's and 90's every day. At night it gets down to the 70's.

says it's no longer on the market (does not say sold!).
If you look online you will see loads of wonderful pictures.
