So Pearl, just where do you live?? I'm assuming that you
live in the UK and not in the US??
And BTW, what is a "tin opener"? An opener to open
tins (cans here in the US) or a opener made from the
metal tin?
Have all the episodes and have watched them all again and again, and
can honestly say there are none that I dislike. Well sure, some
I like better then others, but none I dislike.

Pretty much depends on where you are staying in Holmfirth.
We really need to know where in Holmfirth you are coming
from. If we knew where you are coming from, we could
give you better details.
You can ride the scooter up Upperthong Lane from Woodend
Road (the main road thru Holmfirth) and go...
On-street parking on Binns lane and Upperthong lane.
St John's church is between the two and is where Compo
and Clegg are buried. The roads are narrow so on-street
parking might be a problem. Cannot remember a parking lot
near the church.
But if you are in Holmfirth it's not much of a walk...

and I believe you can order this and have it shipped to
the US.
Probably because we watch what we watch mostly on UNC-TV, we do not
see too many adverts. Will not look forward to kids jumping on
the furniture, as most of ours has been refinished by us.
We have used and loved Nora Batty's cottage, but it no
longer provides parking. Parking can be found, for a
private car, but you might need to use public parking.
