I remember going to one person's house and they opened a tin of tomato sauce with a hammer and a screwdriver. One hole on one side of the top to pour the contents out and another to let the air in.
A nice old lady use to have one in Marsden. Could buy anything you wanted from it. The bloke driving it could have been a bit more cheerful though. The worse thing I can remember was the prices. I can't quite remember what the name of the business was now but it didn't seem to last long...
Step out of one side of the building and look at the name. Then step out of the other side and it has a different name. Would get a bit confusing when you tell a friend what pub you are at and he is standing on the other side of the same building. :08:
