Good call there Theatrical. Maybe that is Truly's jacket on the peg covering up Clegg's jacket. We can only see Clegg's hat. Truly is in the next room brewing up and "helping" the Police with the investigation. He did not cover up Gromit's jacket because of the dog hairs. :21:

To be fair if the coat was too dark (in this situation) it might have blended into the shadows and been less noticeable. The coat and cap are a nice nod to Clegg / Sallis. In LotSW his jacket seemed darker in color and light weight rain coat / wind breaker.
