Could well be WellyMan. Hardy, getting into such scrapes while trying to maintain his dignity, was magnificent. I doubt they will ever be equaled.

So many shows pay due reverence to L & H and rightly so. Can you imagine going to the Cinema when their films were released the cacophony of laughter must have been deafening.

Correct me if I'm wrong Pearl, but the signature tune (Cuckoo Waltz) was actually during Stan's daughter's appearance. Ivy and Nora had been saying that they would never find anyone with a hat like Nora's, but Stan's daughter came in the cafe with an exactly identical one.

Loved him as Jacko, and he did ok here, although I think the chimney prop could have been different/better..

agree.. I dont know if it was the size of it, or ... it just looked odd / wrong somehow.
