I hate nit picking but noticed today that in Frozen Turkey Man Wallys cap is dusty the next episode is White Man's Grave where Nora pours the contents for the rug over his head while he's hiding from her. You can tell the scenes of those two were filmed the same day. :)
 
Very observant - and your conclusions sound spot on!! I think Miss Marple has retired so there might be an opening ....
