Another Year Gone

A few more hours and we will be in 2025, where did that year go, my wife and eye spent a lot of it undergoing medical treatment and follow ups, lets hope in 2025 we spend less time looking for somewhere to park in Hospital car parks.

Besides all this I would like to thank all the members supporting the forum over the years, with special thanks to Tony for taking time out from his pasties to tweak some valves to keep the site running, also to the admins who keep a eye (Sometimes both eyes) on the site.

I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year, I might be up at midnight but that will only be to visit the bathroom

In the middle of a rerun of Perry Mason, watched the Ball Drop and listened to Frank sing his homage to New York. Oh that tickles the heart! Then finished watching Perry Mason. Tonight, saw the sun set, the purple clouds were amazing.

My new yr is off to a flyer.... COVID RETURNS... since xmas eve myself and son have it... feeling very average..
Doesnt help when you get messages on Covid thread from another forum I'm on

Im still suffering from my first lot since caught it boxing day 2022.
Came down with long covid about 2 weeks after getting over the first infection.
Feeling a lot better now but still suffering aches and occasional brain fog.
The brain fog was the worst of it. Lost ability to speak for a short while , but it still lingers as although I know what I want to say, the brain cant come up with the word to say.


IT still exists out there in the community :(
