Keeping my eyes on the Banners but nothing is happening.. Unless there is a Church Bazzaar going to take place. But they have been hanging a while now..

Is it too much to hope that the BBC have had a change of heart that they haven't admitted and that LOTSW is to make a return and THAT'S what the banners are for?
