Banners ? ?

In recent pictures, usually at the Cafe, there are blue and white
banners overhead. What are they all about???

Hi,
I answered on another thread and have only just seen this,following on from the success of the recent Tour de France,the cycle race that came through Holmfirth,for the first time ever there is a Tour de Yorkshire from the 1st to 3rd May,and its in Holmfirth on the third stage,which presumably will be the 3rd May,so it will be extremely busy in Holmfirth that day,if you look closely you will see the banners are dotted,again following on from the red and white polka dots of the Tour de France.
