That's definitely not Beatties, I was in there several months ago and it looks different inside.

They do now. It's the two windows by the steps that have the word "cafe" in the windows.

Maybe I was wrong, I think I was there around Christmas and I recall it looking quite different. But perhaps I'm wrong

The interior curved stone wall/ceiling looks as though it could be Beattie's. So does the view out the window in photo #5, with the bars on the outside and the glimpse of the long flight of stairs between the side of the Deli and the church.

I didn't see a 'for sale' sign outside but I did recognise the interior photos that I saw online

I must admit I have never been in there, in fact the times I have been to Sid's Cafe they have often been closed

I went there for the first time about 6 months ago, it's more of a deli whereas Sids is a cafe. Beatties did really nice sandwiches, it's more expensive but better quality of food than Sids.
